Avoid this restaurant if you want to spare yourself a stomachache. The kitchen is in terrible condition. When the manager arrives in the morning to open, nothing is cleaned or organized. Food in the coolers isn't properly covered or labeled, and there's no system for rotating stock. You can find large pans of noodles that were cooked the day before or even two days ago—it's hard to tell.

As someone with celiac disease, dining out can be challenging and risky, but at this restaurant, you can relax because the gluten-free pasta is cooked separately from the regular pasta. They handle everything with care when you order the gluten-free penne. I was really pleased with the food and only wish we had a Pasta Zola in Sioux Falls!
