I had an excellent sub, but what really stood out to me was the attention to hygiene from the staff member preparing our sandwich. He was cooking bacon, yet before he sliced the meat for our subs, he changed his gloves. I spoke to him about it, and he explained that they are required to change gloves when switching tasks. I wish all sandwich shops followed this practice. Hats off to management for prioritizing cleanliness. I will definitely return whenever I'm in the area.

I always leave notes for my online orders, specifically asking for easy mayo on the bottom. However, four times in a row, they’ve gotten it wrong. The mayo hasn't been on the bottom and it hasn't been light either. I think I've had enough of the Jersey Mike's in Eden Prairie.
