Cold Stone Creamery - Eden Prairie

Our family loves Cold Stone Creamery for their delicious ice cream and shakes. We always stop here because they offer the best customer service. The experience is very important to us, and they excel in providing it.

Had a demand for ice, so I let my people stop here on the way home. the load saw a little down. I wanted a waffel bowl and the only ones they had were halloween, orange, who were clearly old, as today Sunday, 6 november. I asked if they had others and the guy worked, said no. I asked if it cost extra for the old waffle bowls and he said it was $1 extra. I decided to get out of the bowl. the ice had not a ton of blows in it. the whole experience was just so rough. I won't be back.

Very good ice and very expensive. Unfortunately for the sugar free options is limited. everything else is good, but not diabetic friendly. I wish they have more options for sugar free. Every time I came in, they only have vanilla for me, that's too easy.

The HVAC unit was malfunctioning, the place was dirty throughout, and the service left much to be desired. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Cold Stone. My ice cream cone turned out to be a complete mess. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

Definitely top on my list of my places to get ice cream/shake. Friendly staff and great service.
