Bruegger's Bagels - Eden Prairie

The staff is rude, and the general manager comes off as both arrogant and disrespectful. The floors are filthy, and the back area appears to never be cleaned.

I absolutely love the cinnamon sugar bagels! Every employee I've interacted with here has been kind and courteous.

Adam really knows how to get it right! I visited Bruegger's with a specific order, and he took his time with me, never rushing. The customer service here is consistently excellent, and Adam always goes the extra mile. He’s a fantastic asset to the team, and the bagels are always incredibly FRESH. This is my go-to spot for weekend mornings. Simply the best!

Cosmetically speaking, it’s a place I would expect in NE Minneapolis, not Eden Prairie ripped seats, could use some fresh paint, and trash and egg shells on the floor. But hey, leaving your trash out means you can prove you use fresh cracked eggs! But the customer service was great, so not a bad experience.
