Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe food is consistently served cold, and the manager lacks basic manners—never making eye contact or expressing gratitude. During my last four or five visits, the restaurant has been overwhelmed with customers because no one seems willing to work at the counter. My coffee has been cold every time I go, and they are frequently behind on orders. It took them 45 minutes to bring me a Coke and a coffee.
I waited at my table for over 20 minutes without receiving my order. Eventually, I had to go to the counter and wait an additional 4 minutes for a staff member to inform me that they were out of the Fanta Freeze flavor I had ordered. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
I entered the restaurant hoping to get a FRESH Big Mac. I asked politely for two FRESH Big Macs, and the girl was very courteous in taking my order. However, to my disappointment, I received two Big Macs that were at room temperature. I won't be returning to this location again.
This is by far the worst Mcdonalds withing driving distance of my house- yelling and arguing from the staff with each other, no one seems to have any clear idea of what their job is and the food comes out in pieces, frozen drinks are made 10 minutes before you get your food (so they are melted when you get them) and the only redeeming quality is the young man at the counter trying to help expedite drinks and giving out orders- but he gets yelled out for helping customers?? what kind of sense does this make? get better management or shut the place down. this is the last time I visit this establishment and I will share this review on all my social media platforms. Food came out cold, drinks were melted and the service was horrible.
I want to start with saying that this review is long overdue however, as I write this, I am now leaving the drive-through, and I have a very big smile on my face. I’m a repeat customer of almost every day. I use my mobile app and I would like to add that since McDonald’s started that feature it has saved me money, and also helped with becoming more familiar and personal with the employees, since they know me by name now, but I think it also helps that my two dogs also ride with me and they steal the show whenever I’m in line, as everybody just falls in love with them… anyways all of that aside I just want to say that everyone there is so friendly, so genuine, and so very welcoming. It’s been a really long time since I’ve had a bad experience going there and I go nearly every day. Now there has been a couple times where my order is been wrong, but we all know that mistakes can happen and they’re very nice and quick to rectify the situation. I’ve never had any issues getting my order fixed or replaced, they’re always very apologetic and I like to remind them that it’s perfectly okay, mistakes happen!! I worked over 7 years in Fast Food, and 3 of those as management. I understand the hardships they can face when dealing with the public, so I would also like to say that treating others the way you want to be treated, goes a LONG way. These people work so hard, and always have a smile on their faces! I appreciate them so much, and wouldn’t want to spend my money at any other McDonald’s!
