Cook Out - Eden

I have tried every single item on the menu at this restaurant, and I can confidently say it's the only one where I have done so. I wish I lived closer so I could dine here more often.

The food was mediocre. I had a better experience in the past, but this time it made both me and my mother sick for 4 days now. I am disappointed that I drove 20 minutes there, 20 minutes back, and spent about 10 minutes there, so basically I drove for an hour and paid $20 to get sick from both ends. It has been 4 days and still no improvement. I urge the staff to improve hygiene and not make customers sick. There was no refund given.

The coney hot dogs were excellent and the sweet tea was the best! I tried Cook Out for the first time and went back the next day for the same thing. The food was excellent and the service was fast and friendly.

This location has REALLY gone downhill. The portion sizes have been crazy small for awhile now. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered a burger for the patty to not even cover half the bun. They get something wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Yes, they'll replace it if you call in, but who wants to deal with that every single time? I can't wait for the Reidsville location to open.

We ordered 6 trays and they where terrible barbecue tray had 2 hush puppy couple of fresh and the sandwich was terrible son got big cheeseburger no cheese hardly no frys got 3 chicken Cassidias was so icky and couple of frys and chicken wrap was dry ranch ones
