Arby's - Eden

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. They often don't honor the promotions sent out via email. On multiple occasions, they've closed the drive-thru and shut everything down while the inside remained open, despite their posted hours indicating they are open until 11 PM. If their hours state they’re open until 11, they should be accepting orders until that time—there's no reason customers shouldn't be able to place an order at 10:30 PM. Additionally, whenever I go during the day, the staff seem to have a bad attitude. I would honestly prefer to drive to another city than deal with this location again.

My husband and I ordered two gyros, but the bread was undercooked and fell apart as soon as we took a bite. The curly fries were old and greasy. We are very disappointed.

We recently visited the Arby's in Eden, North Carolina, and it was our first experience there. The atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming, both outside and inside. The customer service was excellent, and the food was fantastic. We've been to other Arby's locations closer to home, but none of them matched the quality of the food we had in Eden.

Good food, but they seem to be out of ingredients alot in the afternoon.

Went through drive-thru. Always friendly and helpful. Food is great.
