KFC - Echuca

I had some popcorn chicken and didn't even taste like popcorn. it tasted like maccas nuggets. I'm very sad. I wanted my popcorn chicken.

After a big day of exploring Echuca and Moama we decided to take a simple option and just buy a few takeaways. We chose the kfc Echuca and cannot complain. The chicken was delicious and even if business was busy the service was very fast

Called for supper. The food was fine but server was useless. Asked for two chocolate mouse and she went to get them. Put them on our tray and then asked if it mattered that they were frozen solid! I asked how could you eat frozen...mouse. She shrugged her shoulders and gave us our money back. The opened box of frozen mouse were dumped on the floor for her colleagues to fall over. Useless, will not be back.

Ripped me off, not happy. Went through with my family and got burger boxes. One was supposed to be upsized DIDNT GET UPSIZED CHIPS VERY UPSET and we were all missing our potato and gravy which is legit my fave bit. I love that place...but they usually mess one thing up all the time. Also managers said they watched over the packing of that order which I saw but what is considered management material there isn’t exactly special. Oh and also the wings were there but they were very small and all 3 together equaled the size of one usually. Very disappointed. Manager said he watched the order be packed So he couldn’t replace anything, I’m like oh ok, but I am missing those few things and he said whatever and hung up.

I find KFC to be on par with most takeout fast food chains. My daughter and I often order takeout from here, and the food is typically hot and well-cooked. I am a regular customer and I am quite selective when it comes to paying for our meals, so you can trust that I give this restaurant a rating of 4 stars or higher. Give it a try, it's worth it!
