On a Monday in the middle of the summer, as this is a ski resort, we had not expected a great deal. But this place deserves each of the 5 star reviews he has received so far. The service was excellent and... a lot of understanding for our non-meat eating routes. They also speak decent English. And the food, wow, from this world. At least in summer, 18 euros for 3 amazing courses. Beautiful aromas presented creatively in a meal that confiscate both the gourmet and the price. If in Gourette, go first.
