Maison Casaux - Eaux-Bonnes

We had a great lunch in this beautiful mountain style decorated chalet. Make sure you check out all the decoration.

This is a perfect place to stop for a quick lunch and a welcome break from skiing. Our youngest one had the Carbonara, which was a good size. The rest of us had hot baguettes with various fillings. All were served with a beautiful salad and delicious dressing. We had coffee and our son had a crepe with Nutella. The service was fast and the bill was a reasonable price. The decor is like a ski chalet and has old skis bow on the wall. All in all a sweet place for lunch in the not terrible picturesque place Gourette. Watch the snow and the weather was good today, which made it very nice on the mountain.
