Subway - Eau Claire

We placed an online order at this restaurant and were disappointed with the quality of the salad and cookies. The salad was not fresh and the cookies were hard and appeared to be old. We will not be returning.

The sandwich was fantastic. The staff were excellent and friendly, with a great sense of humor. The setting was lovely and very welcoming.

Clearly, online orders take precedence over walk-ins at this restaurant, especially during the lunch rush. It seems that they prioritize fulfilling online orders more than attending to customers in person. It can be frustrating to have to wait in line for your turn on the switch. If you're looking to grab a quick sandwich, I would recommend going to Casey's instead.

On april 27th the lady that was working was not polite. She was very rude and had poor customer service.

I eat at subways a lot. Over all it's good and still way better of a choice then most other fast food places and the service is always great. I've heard that many of the ingredients they have run old however most all restaurant's are like that unfortunately. I've always loved subway....
