Online orders are taking around 30-45 minutes to be ready, and to make matters worse, my orders have been incorrect every time I have ordered from here. My main concern is the lack of a manager overseeing the situation. It seems like no one cares about the poor service. This will be the last time I order from here.
This restaurant is terrible. I wish I could give it 0 stars. There is always an issue with this Chipotle. Sometimes they close unexpectedly at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, other times they only accept digital orders, and some days they don't even take cash. I'm not sure what the problem is, but they can never seem to operate smoothly.
The staff at this restaurant went from washing dishes to handling food without washing their hands. One person with long, unkempt hair was seen handling food without wearing a hat or hair net. Additionally, the store was not properly cleaned during the evening hours before closing. It is important for someone to hold the employees accountable for their careless actions at this establishment. There are surely better candidates who could do a more thorough job than the current employees.
I order online Sunday 8/15. they made a burrito with little steak instead of a bowl with double. the other 2 dishes had the right sticker with what should be in the bowl, but the ingredients when they were opened were completely wrong! I was very disappointed with the online order and the order that was screwed up!
This chipotle location is getting worst and worst. It’s super dirty place. Staff doesn’t care. Only online orders accepted. Be prepared to wait for 2 hours atleast to get your order done. Only 2 kids work at the front. All other staff just walk around and do time pass in the back. They don’t make orders in sequence. They have stack of receipts of orders if new one came in it goes on the top of the old order receipt which makes your order more delayed. I had to wait more than 2 hours to get my order ready and when it came it was completely gross. I would not recommend this location. Rather choose different location but not in Monmouth Mall.
