Very rude older woman behind the counter. Worth it to drive to next town instead.

I love this place, they have the best prices especially with every bagel/deli raising their prices they are very affordable. Not only that but they have not messed up on an order and with my boyfriend and I ordering similar but different things they still don’t skip a beat with getting it right. They are very busy and it gets a little crowded with lines out the door but there is a reason for that with how hard they work. 10/10

The grumpy lady who I've had to interact with too often would have had me walking out and decided not to order except I was treating a friend who for some reason really loves their breakfast. This counter person is older and seems very inconsiderate and uninterested in giving a customer a great experience as long as we're ordering food and drinks and keep things moving. She stopped three times in the middle of taking my order and had me waiting there. She assumed I meant something when I read the item exactly as the menu States it and I almost ended up paying quite a bit more for something I didn't want. Not sure why they would allow a woman like that to interact with customers. Made me want to make it my last visit there.

Counter help could be a little more attentive instead of having whisper sessions and ignoring customers. If they don't know you by name, good luck!!! And what bagel shop doesn't have fresh bagels at 6:30am????
