The Roastery - Easton

I visited Easton this weekend for a wedding and went to breakfast and coffee here. I had the local breakfast Burrito and a caramel frozen coffee. Hands down the best breakfast I had in a minute. If you have time to stop, check this place. There is a shop where you can sit and enjoy and a smaller ride through the road for traveling customers. I'll go back before I go. It was delicious.

Full cup of coffee. It's smooth, not bitter. The Mocha was beautiful. It was espresso forward and the smallest bitter I love. I don't like a sweet mocha. The lemonade was great. Perfectly bitter and sweet at the same time. Coffee is served HOT and fast. I appreciate coffee shops that are coffee forward. You do not try to sell you the latest seasonal concoction. Just good, respectable coffee. We made small but powerful roasters!

Maybe the best vegan breakfast Burrito I've ever had. Great coffee too. Even the music is on the point. Great outdoor seating for a relaxing breakfast. I wish I could come here all the time.
