We didn't go to Genesis expecting high end food. The food we had was not fresh or good. On top of that when i paid the bill they didn't return my card. They had to go searching for it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Great service from the moment I stepped in the door. My waitress Marianna took excellent care of me. The food was delicious authentic and made with love. JUNK!!! Everyone around Easton has been raving about how good this genesis place is compared to the other Spanish restaurants in town. I’m here to tell you now That isn’t the truth at all! My wife got the Molcajete and all the steak was way over cooked and could barely be cut. Entirely too much cheese!! Now let’s move on to mine. First and foremost I asked the waitress for extra scallops. When the entrée arrived noticed there was only five scallops on the entire tray. And I’m not talking about scallops the size of a quarter or bigger, I’m talking about scallops, the size of a dime. So when I brought it to the waitresses attention that there was not extra scallops added, she initially told me that she was going to take it off of the bill. And then, after consulting with the chef, she tells us that the chef claims to have put extra scallops on there, and she charged $3.99 for three extra scallops in the size of dimes!!! I didn’t even mention the chips in the beginning being stale. The salsa tasted like something out of a jar that you can get out of Food Lion. Back to Plaza Jalisco for us! I will say that the waitress was very friendly.

The food was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The chips and salsa were a perfect start, and the Chicken Fajita was a must-try. Service was commendable, rated at 4, with attentive staff. The atmosphere also gets a 4 for being inviting and comfortable. Plus, there’s plenty of free parking available, making it easy to visit. Highly recommended for a delicious dinner!
