The Wagon Works - Eastleigh

First time visiting this wetherspoons even though I've been past it so many times. Quite a small wetherspoons but the staff were friendly and was clean and tidy. The food was brought out super quick. Didn't realise it was self serve for hot drinks. Other than this no issues, returned later in the afternoon for a cheeky pint

It 's a typical Wetherspoons which I visited on on a busy Saturday evening, finding a seat inside as the rear yard was busy with steady drinkers. Service was a little slow, but not too bad considering how busy the pub was. My first choice (the vegan Beyond burger was out of stock, which they didn 't tell me until I had been waiting for 15 minutes. But the replacement bean burger was OK. As always the side salad was not good value, but the overall cost of the meal (burger, chips, salad and 500ml bottle of Ghost Ship for under a tenner was still good . If you park after 6pm, the local public car park next to Sainsbury 's is free. I had breakfast here a few months ago (staying at the adjacent Travelodge and again, it represents very good value.

This restaurant is incredibly dirty, with food that is barely lukewarm and tasteless. The decor is dreadful and the public area is disgustingly dirty. I can't help but wonder how filthy the kitchen must be. The only redeeming quality is the cheap drinks, which may be the only reason anyone would consider dining here. This is definitely the worst Spoons I have ever been to.

I enjoy visiting Wetherspoons pubs. They always serve good beer and you can usually find great food at an affordable price. On a recent Saturday afternoon, my family and I went for a meal. Unfortunately, the first burger that was served to us was severely overcooked. I don't usually complain, but I decided to show one of the staff members. He apologized and promptly replaced the burger. However, it took about 10 minutes for the replacement to arrive and everyone else had already finished their meals. The new burger was hot and fresh, but it was the one in the picture. Just wanted to clarify that I did address the issue at the time.

Nice food, good price, cold beer...what do you need more...
