Prezzo Eastleigh

The food was decent, but the service was quite lacking. The staff didn't smile or engage with us, making it feel like serving us was too much of a hassle. It seemed like the waitress was in the wrong job. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

I had to repeatedly ask to place our order and then again for our drinks. We were informed that they had run out of milk for the cappuccinos. If I had known, I would have opted for a black coffee instead. Being ignored is simply unacceptable. I’m not sure what’s going on at Prezzo, but the service was poor, and the bathrooms were absolutely filthy and smelled terrible. I understand that the servers were young, but there seemed to be no supervision or checks in place. Prezzo used to be a great dining option, but that's certainly not the case anymore. Kid-friendliness: Children receive coloring pages and crayons at the table, which keeps them entertained for about five minutes. Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a lift outside that takes you from the street to the required level, and the entrance has a slight slope.
