The issue arose when I attempted to use the restroom and was abruptly informed that it's mandatory to make a purchase before gaining access. This policy, if indeed legitimate, struck me as arbitrary and inconvenient. What added to the frustration was Abby's dismissive attitude. Not only did she insist on the restroom purchase policy, but any attempt to seek clarification was met with silence. This lack of transparency left me bewildered and dissatisfied with the overall experience. Furthermore, Abby's apparent lack of knowledge and customer service skills raises concerns about the managerial competence at this KFC location. A manager's role extends beyond enforcing policies; it involves fostering a positive and accommodating atmosphere for patrons. In light of this experience, I find it difficult to recommend KFC Eastleigh. The disregard for customer queries and the seemingly arbitrary policies implemented by Abby contribute to an unwelcoming atmosphere. A reevaluation of both policy and management practices may be warranted for the betterment of customer experiences.
Amazing service, amazing food would recommend the mini fillets and popcorn chicken taste so delicious.
DEPLORABLE STATE OF FOOD! Do NOT eat here. Absolutely Disgusting Dirty Tables. mustard, sauce, cream etc scattered on the floor. HEALTH WARNING ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ENVIRONMENT! : Unexplainable mess in kitchen. Toilet door got stuck and i got stuck in there so had to nearly bash the door of the hinge. no hand dryer. no soap or sanitizer. Very Unsatisfactory Visit. would NOT recommend unless you want to be sick.
Went into the restaurant and asked the woman behind the counter what the food hygiene rating was, she checked with someone then came back and said it was 5 out of 5 when we looked online it was actually 0 out of 5
Pointless ordering food from Uber ! They always send re heated food and the chips fast weird ! I gave them too many chances now I will just stop ordering from them . People should complain with Uber for a full refund if the food is reheated or just ****! It’s very inhuman to give food that they will refuse to eat. Avoid Kfc Eastleigh !! They know to sack everybody and get a new team and proper management !! Does kfc headquarters not maintain values and food quality assistance anymore ??!?
