Came today for the £3,75 lunch deal, was welcomed by friendly staff my order was quickly treated. the fish cake I ordered was really delicious, chips were well cooked both items were really hot! ignore the low reviews think they have high expectations of fish chip shops!

This is a fantastic fish and chip shop that we visit regularly, and we always have a perfect experience with no issues. We usually announce our order and mention that we are traveling from Colden Common, as it's worth the trip!

This is an award-winning fish and chips restaurant. I'm not just saying that—they have actually won prizes, and the team truly deserves them. The service is always friendly, the portions are fantastic, and everything comes at a great price! After my meal at Sonny's, I couldn't wait to return, so a second visit came sooner than expected (and trust me, that's not meant to sound like a threat). I am eager to go back!

The chips and curry sauce are excellent as always. These chips are the best for miles! The staff is very friendly. Even when there are long lines, the wait for food is surprisingly short.
