Mae's Meat Market - Eastland

I ordered an 8oz sirloin to go, and the steak was quite tasty. However, the mac and cheese was disappointing—it tasted and looked like something straight out of a Kraft box. On the bright side, the green beans were good.

Very welcoming restaurant. I beat the Sunday rush, and it indeed got packed after 12pm. I was hoping to try their Maverick burger on a jalapeño sourdough bun, but it wasn’t available on Sunday. I hope to stop by another time during the week.

I relocated to Eastland just a few months ago, and during that time, I've had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant several times. From the moment you walk in, the enticing aroma instantly makes your stomach rumble. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The menu features an impressive variety of dishes, all at very reasonable prices. The food was not only delicious and fresh but also generously portioned. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal!

This is an outstanding spot for fresh meats where you can enjoy a meal or grab some essential supplies.
