Przekaż informację zwrotnąLines are always long. this time around my order was wrong after repeating twice with forgotten articles. so much ice in the drink that there was hardly any pop. the cashier in the drive thru said no word when I gave her the credit card or when she gave me the bag of our wrong eating. it is too bad that these pommes are so good because the customer service and the accuracy there is incredibly bad.
How fast to eat? the combination of her spiced pommes with a big buford is how I would imagine the equivalent of 8 model hot women that make me horizontally fun...only translated in deliciositicity in my mouth. it is expensive, I will say that (as far as they pay for how much they pay) and some paints, they are slower than melasse in the januar. everything is worth for the buford (or 2) and ridden.
My daughter enjoys riding her bike to this restaurant almost every other day, especially when the weather is nice. It's a great way for her to get out of the house and enjoy some ice cream, especially on hot days. Usually, everything is in order, but today she came home with ice cream all over her head and hair, as well as feeling upset. She had been standing at the window for 20 minutes while there were four workers inside, two of whom did nothing and simply watched her without offering any assistance. Even when her sister went to the window, they were ignored. All they wanted was some napkins, but it was disappointing to see employees ignoring them. It's disheartening that people working in customer service would act in such a way, as it ruins the experience for customers.
Waits longer than usual to place my order. no gruß or apologise for waiting .nothing, just go with their order, but we can only accept exact change, or credit / debit ordered a caramel cheesecakesonnedae and it was rough! it lacks taste great time. I should have kept my banan milkshake. with this visit I was disappointed at the board.
I don't often give poor ratings or reviews, but this location is a no for me. I occasionally pick up and deliver orders from this store. When I'm there to pick up an order for delivery, 8 times out of 10 I'm being told the order does not exist. Until (or unless) that can be proven as the fault of their system or a malfunction regarding DoorDash, I have to believe it's the staff refusing to complete orders. I could go there 4 times in one night and only have 1 successful trip. And yes, it's incredibly awkward trying to explain to my customers that Rally's just doesn't have their order
