Mcdonald's - Eastlake

The restaurant's dining area is currently unavailable due to a lack of staff. The drive-thru service is a bit sluggish.

Absolutely terrible service. I went to the restaurant on a Sunday morning at 11:30 and waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru. I was informed that there were only 2 people working. I placed my order through the app, provided my number, and waited. The employee rudely asked if I was going to order again. I ordered one chicken sandwich. When I pulled up to the window, I had to wait an additional 5 minutes while she delivered an order outside. She finally gave me my food and demanded $2.19. I informed her that I had given her my number, but she argued that I hadn't. How disrespectful. She should have apologized for being short-staffed, but instead she chose to be rude. I will not be returning there, except for breakfast when there is a kind older lady who takes care of customers.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The drive-thru only took about 10 minutes, and when I got home, the food was still nice and hot. The ice cream machine is always working and the interior is clean. Overall, it is awesome.

Only first shift can do anything right. Their other shifts are incompetent rude. They mess my order up EVERY time. Frys are always cold meats always old bread stale. Strongly advise driving another couple miles to the one on Lakeshore and Vine st.Hope I saved someone's

90% off the time my order is correct.. And I'll say only a few times is the staff stuck on dahh, rude responses or just plain slower then frozen pond water!Parking: parking on both sides and in rearlots on either side ensure parking. if you have a camper there are multiple businesses you can stretch out in and walk to McDonald's.near the boat ramp and river/marina. nice little area to shop if in eastlake Surfside area
