Four Points By Sheraton Cleveland-eastlake

I hosted my son's wedding at this venue, and it was an incredible experience. The entire hotel staff was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I will always recommend Four Points.

This restaurant is one of the best options in the area. It's modern, clean, spacious, and comfortable, with friendly staff. The prices are reasonable for the quality you receive, and it's conveniently located just outside of Cleveland, near major roads and close to shopping and dining. We plan to return here whenever we're in the neighborhood. Rooms: 5/5

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I know most people might not take a single negative review seriously, but my experience was truly terrible. From the staff all the way up to management, the customer service was appalling. I observed them only accommodating certain guests and even made one man pay in cash! Checking in felt like a hassle, and they seemed put out by even offering assistance. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place to anyone, especially people of color. After a 14-hour drive, I decided it wasn't worth the trouble to complete my check-in, so I left in search of a better option.

I visited Ohio for a family reunion. This hotel was the host location. Pros: Pleasant staff, and the building was clean and nicely decorated. The room was clean as well upon entry. There was a bar for guests to have an evening cocktail, which was nice. The morning breakfast was the usual eggs, bread, yogurt, cereal, and fruit with coffee and juices. Coffee was available all day as well. Hotel is conveniently located near stores to pick up essentials and takeout. Cons: It didn't appear there was enough staff. The owner was overwhelmed at times and could be seen running around trying to do everything instead of staff assisting guests. The room was supposed to be cleaned, but the bed was not made. Only the towels were replaced and the garbage can emptied. Everything else was left untouched. That's a first! The dinner was held at the banquet room. The food was reheated frozen food that was just terrible; previously frozen salmon, hard reheated frozen vegetables, and roasted potatoes that had some hard ones thrown in. Vegetarian option was hard pasta with tasteless sauce, hard veggies, and the potatoes. Overall, this property is okay for a short stay. I would stay there again if I needed to in the area, but I would not order any food because it just wasn't good. There's better choices within less than a mile.
