Little Trúc - Easthampton

The best Bahn Mi in town! Little Truc has been a staple in Easthampton for several years. I've tried various items from their menu multiple times to get a sense of what they offer. My top picks are their Bahn Mi sandwich and pork roll. Each dish I've tasted features carefully selected ingredients and recipes that are not only delicious but incredibly fresh. They use the finest locally sourced ingredients, supporting local farms in the process. Little Truc is a true example of a gourmet food truck. If you have the chance to order from them, I highly recommend it—you won't be disappointed!

The food is incredibly delicious, and it's prepared by a talented team that truly dedicates themselves to their craft. With high-quality ingredients, expertise, and meticulous execution, Little Trúc serves up an amazing dining experience. The only downside is that it's a seasonal business, so make sure to enjoy it while the truck is open for the season, along with the surprise pop-up events they host throughout the year.

We decided to have a food truck cater our wedding this June, and we are absolutely thrilled that we chose Little Truc! Katrina and her team were warm, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They created a customized menu and organized the logistics perfectly to meet our needs, taking into account various dietary restrictions and preferences. Our guests were blown away by the creative, flavorful, and colorful dishes, all executed flawlessly. While everything was delicious, the standout items were definitely the chicken adobo, tamarind pork meatballs, and crispy chickpeas—they were outstanding! The staff at our wedding venue even mentioned the next day that it was hands down the best food they had ever served there, and they deal with catered food every week. Thank you, Little Truc! We can't wait to visit the truck again and savor more of your amazing creations!
