Dunkin' - Eastham

The service here was exceptionally slow. The server didn't take our order correctly, and it took three tries before a woman stepped in to assist. It was a terrible experience, and I won't be returning!

Friendly staff, but the coffee was terrible. Honestly, I had to ask someone in my group if it was tea because it tasted like pure water.

It was decent for a Dunkin', but that's not saying a lot. Getting in was a bit of a hassle.

The service was slow, the drinks were messy, and they got every single one of our orders wrong, even after we pointed out mistakes on two of them.

This was the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. I stopped by on a Friday morning to grab two regular coffees with cream and sugar. Soon after tasting the drinks, I realized they were overloaded with creamer and didn't taste good at all. Two days later, I decided to give it another try and ordered two coffees with two creams and two sugars, hoping this would prevent another issue with too much creamer. Before the staff member made the drinks, I asked if she could add an extra sugar. She responded, "No, that would mess up my counts!" I was taken aback and just said, "Forget it, I'll add more sugar myself," and proceeded to pour sugar on the counter right where she handed me my coffee. I'm sorry, but the customer service was really poor. Next time, I’ll just make my own coffee across the street.
