Pizza Hut - Eastbourne

Phoned and was told by a staff member that we wouldn't need to book a table for the lunch buffet, but when we arrived we were told there were no tables! Luckily they found one for us and we had a fantastic buffet meal. It felt like really good value for money and it was fun trying different flavours of soft drink such as strawberry orange Tango! Fabulous ice cream factory, our son was in heaven. Staff polite and helpful.

In my opinion the best pizza is a dine in Puzza Hut, no question. It's the experience for me, the salad bar and your pizza in a hot oven dish. The young lady that served us was on point. The only negative to our visit was, a young boy allowed to run riot around the restaurant. In this day of post covid I'd expect tighter rules on children running free around the restaurant.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the staff for their kindness during my visit tonight. I was accompanied by someone who is autistic and did scream a bit, but the staff were incredibly understanding and handled everything beautifully. Even the other customers didn’t seem bothered at all. So, thank you very much!
