Park Express Grill - Eastbourne

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this restaurant. Tonight, I ordered vine leaves, potato wedges, a side salad, and a lamb kebab with salad. I received a call informing me that they were out of vine leaves, but they offered me falafel as an alternative. The side orders were satisfactory, although the salad could have been more diverse than just onions and lettuce. Unfortunately, when I opened my kebab, I was disappointed to find what appeared to be a poorly filled kebab. I tried calling the delivery person, but there was too much background noise. The restaurant staff were unhelpful when I called them, dismissing my concerns about the quality of the food. I sent them an email with a photo of the kebab, as I don't own a smartphone. When I called back later, I was informed that there was no manager available and was ultimately hung up on by an angry staff member. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service from this restaurant, and I am fed up with being mistreated. I am currently seeking a refund from Just Eat.

Dont was hand inbetween cooked food and no cooked. They dont wear gloves or hair nets the hygiene disgusting the grills look like they need a good clean

Tell me come pick up food in 3 min i say you sure so they say ten for me to get there not even starting on the food. No one where gloves due to whats going or even wearing hair nets on the face hair and hair on the head disgusting the whole time i was there watching a working cook fooding toughing uncooked food then cooked food with out even washing his hand inbetween the way they talk customers when they know there in wrong is disgusting as not the first time as live over the round from this place and have seen many people arguing with people in the from the way they talk to them to also how they didnt like there food and they take well out hand only the over week i had to tell the manager shut up and get back into work or id call the police if carry on for walking up my child this place doesnt derives to be open

The kebabs at this restaurant are excellent examples of authentic Turkish cuisine at a reasonable price. However, the delivery time is too long.

Delivery came missing drinks and recieved humous instead of a sausage, rang up was told will be with us soon and will send driver out again. Hour pasted and called to be asked what drinks we wanted an will be another 40 mins! Total joke of a takeaway!
