Lovely clean and comfortable room..very friendly staff,,nothing too much trouble. will surely revisit!

Our hotel only served a Continental breakfast a short walk away we discovered this gem and enjoyed a delicious fry up served by friendly staff.

Everytime we visit eastbourne, we have to visit this place for breakfast. It's the most perfect breakfast I've ever tasted. The staff are lovely and the prices are great too. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Great welcome from waitress who quickly organised table outside in the sunshine for us and the dog. Amazing value and perfectly cooked with no limit on toast, juices or coffee.

Ate here during a weekend stay. We shared whitebait starter. They did not have my first choice for my main course however what I did have was very enjoyable. Portion sizes were very good. Only issue was they only serve between 6-8pm do had to order all our three courses as it would have been past 8pm by the time we wanted to order our pud. However because of the portion size neither of us wanted our pud, Luckily we were able to cancel at no charge. Waitress was very helpful.
