I ordered a menu item featuring 7 shrimp, which looked quite impressive in the photos. However, the actual shrimp I received were small, about the size of a flat sucker, and they lacked flavor. The menu indicated a price of $14.99, but I was charged $15.99. I’m all for supporting small businesses, but it's important to be honest in your transactions!

I have to drop my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. I ordered an extra-large pizza and waited 15 minutes, only to find out that it had already been sitting on the pizza oven while my family waited for them to call us. When I finally opened my pizza, I was horrified to find hair on it. I asked them to remake it, but a staff member named Ali refused, insisting that the pizza maker doesn’t produce pizzas with hair. He claimed that there was a woman in the kitchen wearing a hijab, and I hadn’t even touched the pizza. When I asked why he thought it was mine, he just kept insisting he could offer me money but wouldn’t take back the pizza. My family and I were extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the overall quality we experienced. I definitely will not be returning here. Good luck to anyone who is willing to eat food with someone else’s hair in it.

I don't believe they pay much attention to their food or customers anymore. They've increased their prices quite dramatically, and it seems like they no longer care about the quality of their dishes. For instance, the steak served on fries lately has been mostly sweet with little actual meat. I've also noticed a significant decline in flavor over the past two years. I hope they take the feedback to heart and make some improvements after reading these reviews.

Very rude staff! especially, nasir is extremely rude. I had 2 different desires with him and both were very unpleasant and annoying. I also heard that he is very rude to other customers and shouts at them, including me! once I ordered 3 slices of pizza and he gave me only one. when I told him I asked about three discs, so I'm only gonna pay for two more discs, he said no, you asked about one disc and you saw that I pulled out one disc, why didn't you say something? he is such a miserable person, and he takes his bitterness/feeling on the customers. not nice! surely no family-friendly atmosphere. no smiling or friendliness / joy from each of the employees. Eating is also moderate. pizza is dry and stiff. burgers are not juicy and the burgerpatty is very thin and tasteless. wings are also dry and overcooked so that by the time they bite in them, not much meat. with so many half pizza GTA, this is definitely not the tip of my list for atmosphere, customer service and quality of food.

Their food is usually very delicious. But their prices have been skyrocketing in the last 2 years .I usually used to buy philly steak and chicken on fries for about $25. Now it’s gone up to $40.They say they adjusted the size. For the same chicken on fries which I used to pay $12 now it’s $20. The increase in price is unreasonable even accounting for inflation and price increase for the raw materials.Someone’s needs to open a similar shop nearby with reasonable price.
