I had pistachio ice cream in this place . It has so much artificial flavor to it , I was able to feel it in every spoon I took it . I made a complain in the store and they said they never tasted it and said as if it was my mistake to order it without taking a sampleI had to throw the ice cream in the bin and they did not offer me any replacement or any discounts in the next one (different flavor) I bought. They does not seem to care about the complaint .

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OWNER IS FULL OF ATTITUDE I REFUSE TO GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS . THEY DONT HIRE MORE STAFF TO GIVE TIMELY SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS no smile or greetings … I guess the only reason they are in business because Indian community supports their people …there shouldn’t be any compromise on poor and rude service … there are other better places to spend your money than this location

They over charged for larger sizes 2 times and gave us an extra charge for make your own even when we chose a signature.

Ordered from their website. Drove there to pick it up and the lady was very rude and barked at me that she needed to see my name in the order as she walked away completely dismissing me. I looked up the receipt on my phone and it only had an order number. I called and let her know I had the order number and she just started to walk away saying very dismissively she needed to see a name. I got annoyed and told her she could give the ice cream or my money, her choice and she finally looked at my phone and matched the number to the order. She said doordash always gives a name… and I let her know I wasn’t a doordash driver and that was the receipt their own website sent me. I will not spend another dime here.

The person working on December 28th at 8:30PM was very bad. We arrived at 8:30 with 15 minutes to shut, and she had already closed. She is incredibly rude and nearly sent away ten customers.People like her would have a negative impact on the store's reputation. If Google lets me, this does not deserve a single star.This is an extremely unsanitary environment. The folks who make the ice cream do not use gloves and maintain good cleanliness.
