My steak was mainly fatty the chips were super stale .

Shrinkflation has hit Chipotle worse than any other store. It costs $20 for a burrito, and they are a third of the size they used to be and that's not surprising given the article that was just published that caught chipotle employees using half spoons for online orders. I ordered a barbicoa burrito with extra barbicoa and I had to go searching for the meat. Will absolutely not order from Chipotle online again

The quality of the chicken and the seasoning have both declined. Please consider returning to the original chipotle recipe for the spices.

The food was exceedingly spicy this time. We've enjoyed this restaurant many times in the past, but the level of heat was unbearable and we couldn't finish our meal. I'm not sure if the recipes have changed or if the chef was just overly generous with the spice, but we won't be ordering from here again for quite a while.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I can't believe they could get a simple quesadilla so wrong. The tortilla was hard and brittle, and it was greasy and unappetizing. The chips and the queso, guacamole, and salsa were decent, but that doesn't really matter if the main dish is inedible. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.
