Jack In The Box - East Wenatchee

I went through the drive thru and never had a problem before I didn't even know it was possible to order the tacos individual but I usually order 3 orders of tacos which has always been 6 tacos but this place only gave me three they only charged me for three but every other jack in the box always does it by two lolz they also never asked if we wanted a receipt or anything I had to ask for it when I went in for the tacos and it took a minute for them to bring it to me

Very poor service. Waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes to order and they were not busy at all.

Easy access location, easy parking, food was delicious. I had the Mochacramochino pic below. Quality of food, service and cleanliness was all good. Restaurant is right in front of safeway in a remote location.Great visit Jack in the box!Thank you!

Ordered onion ring and spicy chicken sandwich. The ordering process was pleasant but the chicken and the onion rings were unexpected dry.

Went through the drive thru and placed my order, checked the bag after exiting and food was missing. Went inside and associate failed to complete the order after I placed it, which resulted in the missing food.I asked to purchase the item and he told me to go back through the drive thru. Seriously! After waiting for my food and discovering the employee didn't complete the order only to tell me he was unable take my order at his register at front counter.Clearly not wanting walk over to the available register and no inclination to rectify his mistake, I took the hint. Got home and food matched the employees service, it sucked.
