Arby's - East Wenatchee

Prices have gone up A LOT without the food quality improving.

Staff was courtesy and polite, Service was prompt and food was good.

My husband and I just left Arby's in Wenatchee. We ordered crinkle fries and when we received our order they were cold. We requested them hot, they did make us a new order only failed to put any salt on them. There were not any customers in the lobby so they were not busy. No wonder they have had such poor reviews.

Stood waiting to order while manager was screaming at employees making the food. Then I got to order finally from the rude guy at the counter. Fries were cold. You can feel the tension! Update; karma just walked in. As I was sitting here eating the health department walking in and asked to do an inspection! Sure is quiet back there now. Now I'm scared to finish this food! They were all so loud! You don't scream at your employees!

Ordered through drive thru and absolutely nothing in my order was right. Girl at the window suddenly doesn't speak English when I tried to tell her.
