Consistently good bubbled in the heart of the vic park eating strip they are open to late when they blow a late night tee fix that is a bonus. the service was friendly once I was.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. ordered a taro milk tee cheese foam sago and it was a waste of $6.6 the drink was the sweetest militia I ever tasted in my life. I told the guy that I only want 25% sugar, but he said that the drink will be sweet enough, and it was a completely pure sugar drink that I honestly couldn't even taste the taro out of it. would not recommend anyone unless they want to be intoxicated with sugar!

Has a good place best part is open until 10.30 clock. the personal is very friendly. had Taiwanese blase tee with lychee jelly and chocolate pudding.

Had ordered a Bubble tea, came home and realized that they had not added any sago at all, even if it had said so on the entry. then called for a remake, so if we are there, it would be ready, but they told us that we will come all the way back into the load and they would add it. considering that it was her fault first, a free re-mask or at least a refund would have been offered. they have been here for years and are always happy with the service, very disappointed.

Nice bread. Good bubble tea Summer milk tea or winter milk tea with egg pudding My fav bread is the mini custard bun (pack or 4 or 5 i forgot) And the swiss roll cake (any flavour)
