Wintergreens Patio Grill

This has to be the worst service and the most overpriced food I've ever experienced. First of all, the service was painfully slow. The broccoli cheese soup resembled slop (see attached photo). I ordered Shrimp Scampi, which was supposed to be served over linguini, but instead, it was clearly spaghetti (see attached photo). My son ordered salmon, which was overcooked and extremely dry. He had the waitress take it off the bill and then decided to order buffalo wings because his girlfriend had ordered mild wings and he liked them. However, there was a stark difference in the color of the two batches of wings; the second order was clearly spicy, not mild at all. We did speak with the manager, who brought out a fresh set of wings, and his customer service was the only reason this place earned a single star. When it comes to dining out, the taste of the food should be the top priority. I absolutely will not be returning here. No bon appétit for this establishment! Tip: Look for a better place to eat!

I didn't try the food, but the drinks were fantastic! We visited on a Friday night for the R&B show and brought our school-aged kids along. They had a great time. If you're more conservative, it might be best to leave the kids at home, as some of the comments might make you uncomfortable. However, we really enjoyed ourselves. The hosts were entertaining, and the atmosphere with the other patrons was great. The waitstaff were also friendly and attentive to everyone.

This restaurant is an excellent choice for a quick meal and a chance to warm up after snow tubing. It offers a variety of drinks for those who enjoy a tipple and plenty of food options for everyone. I tried the cheeseburger with fries, and I must say, they are made to order—no frozen or pre-packaged items here! The burger was absolutely delicious, and the fries were thin and crispy, with the option to add cheese as well. We also ordered chicken tenders, which pleasantly surprised me with their quality. With a group of at least 30 people, there were no complaints from anyone about the food. The only downside was that they seemed a bit short-staffed, so the service was a little slow; however, this actually worked in our favor, allowing us to warm up while we waited. I checked in on Yelp as soon as I arrived, but after waiting and waiting to be seated, I decided to leave. There was no communication from the hostess, and the waitstaff appeared quite unhappy. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning; I’ll take my business to Trackside Station Bar Grill instead. I also hope the couple behind me chose to leave as well.

We were seated at a dirty table by the hostess, who simply brushed the crumbs away with her hands. After we finally managed to get the table cleaned, the waitress took our drink order. The tea we received looked like it came from a doll's tea set, and when I requested my juice without ice, she brought back a much smaller glass, but with no ice. The salad I ordered was filled with wilted, discolored vegetables. When the food arrived, it was cold and had limp peas. I'm writing this review before even finishing my meal because I continue to feel disappointed by this place as time goes on.
