Pizza Hut - East Stroudsburg

I called at 5:30 pm got the answering thing. They said they would connect me to to shop I needed. It rang once then I was disconnected. I had to call again. Finnally got my order placed. They told me one price a time then when I told them delivery they gave me a different time to get it to me a different price. I was annoyed but ok. They wwere an hour or so late with cold pizza. Then they expect a tip ?? Are you kidding me.

They are so unprofessional we order over the phone but they gave me completely different order and they didn?t even try to cover my order . Manager just hang up on me .

Waited close to 1.5 hrs for my delivery. After calling 12 times with no response to find out the status. I ended up having to drive there only to have the driver deliver as I was on line in pizza hut. On my way back my mother called to let me know a part of the order was missing. She tried calling pizza hut and no one answered so I had to drive back to get a refund for the missing portion of the order. The food was delivered cold, all the pizza?s cheese were burnt as well. Also good to mention there were 4 workers and not one person bothered to check the phone lines meanwhile the manager was in the back office. Management is lacking and could use revamping. Not worth the money, will never place an order from this venue again. Several of my friends mentioned they also have had issues with their orders as well.

I don't remember her name, but the girl who was cutting the pizzas and packing them was very attentive to my order and as soon as it came out she gave it to me personally. And even though I don't speak much English, she understood me when I asked another employee for Parmesan cheese and crushed pepper. She was very friendly and efficient. Her work is outstanding, that pity I'm doesn't know her name. I am totally grateful to her.

Friendly and polite employees. Service is quick. Curbside available as well. Great food.
