This was a regular MCDONALD'S restaurant. I like their new drive thru display.

Waited over 50 minutes for my breakfast. Was told numerous times that they were working on it. After 50 minutes, I went back to the counter and was told that they hadn't even started on my order. Got my money refunded and left asap. Will not return. They are very dysfunctional and lack customer service skills.

Management is rude and smokes near entry door. No one greets you at the counter even if they look at you ! You have to go out your way to get their attention. Also, several times I have asked for extra diced onions on my hamburger and have gotten raw cold onions : yuck.

Shout out to the lady that worked in the that location "Shandelle "I asked for her name because she was such beautiful soul..She helped my kids to receive the best service ..even she was taking her dinner/break I didn 't want to bother her nor ask her to help.she went out of her way and helped my kids to get the service that they deserved , she made my kids 's days .Thank you so much.
