Dunkin' - East Stroudsburg

Stopped in to pick up a mobile order and could hear one of the employees talking loud and cursing. I see my order says ready but is not in the pick up area. She sees me looking and when I tell her the two items She answers a bit rudely, we don’t have any caramel. I switch to French Vanilla. I’m still waiting on my coffee roll (which has my name next to it same as the coffee. “What else you waiting for?” I said a coffee roll and I point to it and she yells I know where it is I’m just double checking! To be clear she is the only one you can see and hear that attitude coming from. If I am correct, someone called her Dee (sp). I spend money for a product not an employees attitude because they may be having a bad day. Hire better and maybe read the board instead of including me in your job only to snap at me.

Just bought a medium chi tea for $6, was charged $2 extra for oat milk!! Just took a sip and it’s the worst chi tea i have ever tasted! What a rip off!! Would like to give no stars, never again

Is a great place to stop by and buy some snacks and coffee , but the people, is like they don’t want to work there, missing items, bought hash browns nasty got the munchkins didn’t include it need it to go back for them and they still gave me less than I ordered, had a latte something with mint flavor was add it, when I wanted only caramel. I don’t recommend this place unless they do some changes.

Absolutely love a Dunkin where you can walk into and your drink is made right every single time no matter who makes it. The staff is amazing very friendly, great customer service.

The food was good. We ordered the chicken wraps. However, one lady at the cash was not friendly at all, even with her staff. She took a wrong order and tried to push back with her comments, but I reminded her about her tone.
