This restaurant review criticizes the new workers at the establishment for being untrained and lacking concern for customers. The reviewer ordered two medium hot matcha teas which were served lukewarm and only filled halfway. Additionally, the two plain donuts ordered were rock hard. The reviewer plans to discuss their dissatisfaction with the manager.

I used to work at this restaurant and had to quit because of unsanitary conditions. I have witnessed workers using bread that has been dropped on the floor to make sandwiches, as well as scraping off whipped cream or cold foam with their bare hands and eating it. The bathrooms are never cleaned properly, only refilled with hand soap and toilet paper. The dishes are also not washed properly, only rinsed off and sanitized. Our store often ran out of dish soap, so there was rarely enough soap to use. It is the most disgusting place I have ever worked at.

Friendly and courteous staff. DD is my choice for hot, cold, and frozen drinks. Unfortunately, frozen drinks are not available at least 20 minutes before closing because the machines are shut down for cleaning.

I was greeted with a rude attitude from the girl at the door who asked me what I was waiting for. She did not want me to bring all of my items inside and had a nasty attitude. I will not be giving them any of my money if that is how they treat their customers. I will be letting all of my friends know to avoid this place. I will be going to Courtland Street instead. The owners at that place may not be any better, but at least they are not enabling rude behavior like this.

VERY VERY VERY Dirty ,Bad Service, Old Dehydrated Nasty Food. The most consistent Bad Food and Service I have ever experienced and I live locally and commute. I have Personally Boycoted this business. If you respect your good health don't eat here. Iasked for a breakfast sandwich roasted bread and coffee. I received and old bitter coffee and a Breakfast sandwich on old breadnot toasted and smelling of mold and in the sandwich was a half toasted egg with wrapped still attached to the bacon from themicrowave. Look they just dont care Period. When I complained the other day I said I want my money back and they argued with me... while I waited at the counter in looked behind the person and witnessed a nasty dirty kitchen and people with no hairnets orgloves. Its all just so so nasty.
