However, the smoothie could use some upgrades. I was disappointed to find that half of it was just chunks of ice, especially considering the high cost of $5 for a small size.
I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. Upon entering and leaving, I was not greeted or thanked by the front cashier, even though I was the only customer there during the 10-minute period. In their other locations, I am usually welcomed and bid farewell, so I noticed the difference. The cold drink station was nearly empty, which was what I was looking forward to on a hot day. The staff at the hot counter seemed unhappy and there was no cheerful chatter. It seems that the team here is not as cohesive as in other locations I have visited.
Watch for Pick 2 pricing, not all it's cracked up to be.
The manager Diego overturned originally sour experience into the most amazing one. Lots of kudos to him. Reassured that issues were addressed and refunded for the entire purchase.
I had a fantastic experience at Panera. The cashier, Ashley, provided excellent customer service. I ordered a tasty chicken sandwich and a bowl of cheddar broccoli soup. I highly recommend giving Ashley a shout out for her awesome service.
