The Three Cups

My wife and I went to this restaurant on Valentine's Day while we were in York, UK for a funeral. We have dined here multiple times before. The food was traditional pub food, but quite tasty. We have never had a bad meal here, and the prices are reasonable.

I have dined at the Three Cups multiple times and can honestly say that every visit has been excellent. From the moment you walk in and approach the bar, the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and greet you with a smile. The menu offers a good variety for all tastes, although the prices can add up quickly, especially for a family of four or six. However, the quality of the food and portion sizes make it worth it. The kitchen staff do a fantastic job of producing well-cooked and well-presented dishes in a timely manner. If you are looking for delicious and hearty food in a wonderful atmosphere with exceptional service, the Three Cups is the place to go. Maintaining high levels of customer service is crucial for the management and staff, as it keeps customers like me coming back time and time again.

After a busy weekend at the coast we all wanted to stop for a good heart Sunday lunch and this place didn’t fail. The service was friendly, the prices were reasonable and the food was delicious the only thing they need to change is charging extra for a gravy boat everyone needs lots of gravy on a roast.

So it was at least 15 years ago since we last ate at this pub….Back then the food was wholesome,home made and delicious….the ambience of the pub was cosy,somewhere to relax.Tonight 15 years later the food was ok but just run of the mill…it’s now...
