The Catch - East Riding of Yorkshire

We have friends told how good the fish and chips are from the catch that they insisted on coming to our house for lunch so that we could prove it. So 6 turned around and I went and ordered 6 times and my guests became. from what we order as the f c. boiled and so piping hot. fresh line caught fish. just shut up.

Only away. Despite cooking for them as they order what they need as soon as they go and it is prepared for them a very fast turn. comfortable fast staff. at the moment only cash. no big thing, but be aware.

Fresh fish, boiled to order large fluffy chips. excellent sides of curry, gravy and inherit. regularly drive 8 miles to this place the best takeaway fish and chip shop in east yorkshire. friendly staff, ready service. the visit of the last night was, as always, excellent. on one of the few tables outside when it was a mild evening. the catch has parking behind the grounds and is located next to the local village pub, if it also has a drink. also other stacking options available, all on the same standard. may not recommend enough. that of a fish and chip fanatic!

With the lock down I have not been able to visit the catch, and have tried local fish chips where I live, but they were not where close as well as they here. the fish battery is crunchy the chips are big not...hard or stale. I called the way back from beverley races, I really enjoyed the quality. I look forward to my next visit to 2 weeks.

Had haddock, cod and chips. Delicious, absolutely delicious. On holiday at the lovely caravan site in south cave and saw this place as we went past. The chips were unbelievable, not sure what they were cooked in, but they were fantastic. Beautiful bits of fish...covered in crispy, yet light batter. If we lived here we'd be in.the Catch far too often!!
