Rude Barkeepers, ask for a drink he sprinkles me, could not order food because he would not serve me or my partner.... very livid in this facility. Would never come back or recommend this bar

I went on a day to eat something on my way home, I ordered the fish sandwich. Fish was freed and boiled. The frying oil was clearly "not changed, as frits were dark and fish were greasy. The bar forces you to spend $10 to use card payment. The cartridges are kept and allow alcoholics. I have not noticed any continuous cleaning of glasses, counters or floors. Blunt wrappers, food debris, etc. straight left on bar top and bottom. I wouldn't recommend anyone here. Especially every woman. It's like the place of the D.E.A or something. Surely lives until the term Dive Bar.
