Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I visited during a quieter time, and the service was excellent. Although I had to request a refill on my sweet potatoes, they were prompt in bringing it to me. It was my birthday burger, and I really appreciate that they do this! They did forget to put the caramelized onions on my burger, but they quickly rectified it by bringing me some. I feel like the burgers have gotten smaller, but they are still delicious!

The staff provided a warm welcome at the door and were very attentive throughout our visit.

We went out to dinner with family last night, and there were five of us in total. Upon arrival, the hostess greeted us and mentioned she would find us a table. However, after that, both she and another hostess—one older and one younger—walked past us twice without any further interaction. After standing there for 8 minutes, we overheard them at the hostess station informing us that the wait for a table would be 45-60 minutes. I appreciated the honesty, but it felt quite rude considering they then turned to assist the next people in line, who only had two individuals. When I asked to be put on the waiting list, the hostess suggested that I might not want to wait an hour. It was confusing, and it seemed like neither of them had proper training in customer service. Sadly, I won't be returning to this restaurant due to the terrible staff experience.

Would like to rate this place higher, the food is very, very good. But the people who work there offer the worst service. The waiting staff does not seem to be motivated to work hard and earn money. This is also not based on an experience. We went at least 5 times or more, and the ONLY time we had good service when we sat at the bar and ordered by the bartender. It is a shame because again very good food, but service is the worst. This was a problem of pandemic and is now even worse post pandemic.

Food and service was very good. Their onion rings are some of the best! Our server was very attentive to our needs. This restaurant really needs a face-lift! The rugs we're really dirty and the seating was coming apart. It could use a good cleaning.
