I also ordered a vodka soda, but it was just water. After I pointed that out, the bill came, and I was mistakenly charged three times for a vodka cranberry. I corrected it again. When I handed her my credit card, she returned to our table, placed the bill in the black folder, and when I opened it, my credit card was missing—only the receipt was inside. The waitress seemed confused and went back to the cash register. She returned and said, "I forgot I put it in my pocket." I can't help but suspect she was trying to steal my credit card, especially given the series of mistakes she made throughout the evening. You would think she’d be more careful after so many errors. Additionally, we had to ask for silverware and still didn’t receive the waters we had requested upon arrival. By the end of the night, I had spent nearly $100 and regretted every moment spent in that restaurant. To make matters worse, there was a birthday celebration happening, and a staff member was yelling at the top of their lungs, causing panic among my family and other diners who thought there might be an emergency. This seemed incredibly irresponsible, especially with the times we live in. Moreover, I noticed a group of six staff members just standing around chatting and doing nothing at the front of the restaurant. It's baffling how this place manages to stay in business with such poor service and practices. I will never return to Peoria again—it just wasn’t worth the hassle, and I felt almost robbed by the waitress. They really need to improve or consider closing down.

Overall it was a good experience. The service was friendly but they seemed short-staffed and there were a couple of delays in getting things we requested. Our food was a mixed bag. The overall taste was good but the crab cakes were drenched in sauce(ask for it on the side) and I was given a small portion of fries that were barely warm. Prices are reasonable, especially inthis age of inflation. We'd go again, but we'd be a little more strategic in what we ordered.

This place was beyond amazing food was delicious our service was amazing and did I say the food was DELICIOUS!!!! I Had the Porterhouse steak and grilled salmon and boy can I tell you I had the perfect medium rare and most tender steak ever it wasbutter ????????and that Salmon over rice was a special delight all on its own chef kiss ????????????????? when I say 10 out of10 I will be back again and again and again I mean it good job Logans Roadhouse

My loaded baked potato was also a letdown—it was so dry that the toppings just sat on top, even after I cut into it. Beverage refills were slow and incorrect; we waited 20 minutes for a cocktail that ended up being unavailable, and the second choice was also not an option. At least we were informed about the unavailability of the second choice fairly quickly. I chose not to send the ribs back, fearing that the next batch might be just as bad or even worse. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The steak was tough and chewy, with too much connective tissue. My son had a steak here before and also found it to be bad. The shrimp had an odd taste and wasn’t the typical breaded shrimp I was expecting. The presentation of the food on the plate was unappealing, and the menus felt wet and sticky. We won’t be returning, although I will say the dinner rolls were good.
