Dunkin' - East Northport

One of the staff members was friendly to my friend and me. I am 12 years old and my friend's name is Andrea.

I have never encountered a Dunkin' Donuts as poorly managed as this one. Every time I have gone there, my order has been incorrect. Despite its convenient location, I have given them multiple chances but have come to the conclusion that I can no longer order from here. During my last visit, I even had the employee at the drive-thru repeat my order back to me, yet I still received only half of it. After informing them of the mistake, I only received half of the missing items. This led to a confusing scene with six employees trying to rectify the issue, forcing me to explain the situation in greater detail. It was truly bizarre. Even my 12-year-old passenger was baffled by the situation. The previous Dunkin' Donuts that operated in this location before it closed and reopened was much better managed. I have decided to give up on this particular location.

The lady at the restaurant had a poor attitude. Stewie's comment in the Family Guy episode was spot on. Dunkin' is for those who cannot afford Starbucks.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a normal experience at this store. The staff is just not good. Zero effective communication and zero customer service. It’s always the opposite of what it should be at this location. Just an fyi.
