Chick-fil-a - East Norriton Township

Went through drive through with friends. Got 3 chicken with fries n a drink. Got our order n went home n found the order was wrong. 1st only 2 French fries n 1 chicken sandwich was a wrap. Even the sodas were wrong. My 1st time at a chicken Fila and was very disappointed.

Nice place to stop in for a quick bite on my way to my housekeeping job although it is fairly expensive for me as an individual I treat myself about once a month and eat here. I asked the Septa bus driver to ask his bosses to put in a new bus stop for me by the cemetary that is along the right side of the road for its a pain having to walk back down the road cause I need to get off the bus in between the two bus stops they have on that street. Hopefully they will do this for me.

Allen, you should be ashamed on how you treat your employees. They are out in the rain in less than 40 degree weather. It's January, no other restaurant would do this type of behavior.

Placed an order in the app for pickup. There was a line when we arrived, but it moved quickly. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, especially the peppermint milk shake.

Very busy location, is run well for that amount of customers. Clean and helpful
