Had I known in 2016 what I know about Dreamland Villa I would NOT have bought a house there.
No HOA. Did I mention NO HOA an AZ rarity today! Quiet, clean, older over 55 neighborhood convenient to several grocery stores where one is within walking distance. Wish there were walking distance a variety of restaurants and fast food. However, couple do deliver such as Chinese and Pizza.
The best thing about this place is that you can be as private or as social as you choose to be.
