Steph has been awesome! She set up a consultation call and custom tailored my meals to fit my fitness goals. These meals are amazing, lots of flavor and she keeps changing it up so that you don't get the same meals repetitively. These meals can also be delivered to your home or work and Jacob delivers them twice a week so they are fresh. Did I mention the meals taste wonderful? Eating healthy doesn't have to mean it has to taste bland. Please reach out if you want quality meals, by a wonderful fitness oriented chef! Great job Steph and team!

Steph is AMAZING! I've been through countless different types of meal plans for weight loss but I’ve always had trouble sticking to them because they never kept me full enough, and I always hated the way the food tastes. Steph is always checking up on me and ensuring I am getting the absolute most out of the meals she prepares for me. She is always reminding me that she is there to help me gain a better relationship with food, and to help me be at my best! She genuinely cares about each and every person she works with on such a personal level, she is incredibly positive and so uplifting. The food is SOO good and she gives a large variety of different meals so you never get bored. She accommodates all types of food allergies and everything is completely organic. On top of all this, she will help you get results that last!!! I’ve never met someone who hasn’t liked Steph’s cooking, she’s truly a boss in the kitchen!
