This restaurant is a great spot for lunch. The dining area is clean and ready for you to sit down and enjoy your meal. The line moves quickly and they offer a variety of toppings for your burrito, including unique sauces and flavors not found at Chipotle. The only downside is that the music can be loud near the order counter, so you may need to speak up. The food itself is of good quality, although it is a bit pricey for lunch. However, the portions are generous so you are getting good value for your money. The chicken queso burrito I had was tasty on its own but even better with hot sauce. I think it would be great as a bowl too. Overall, I would recommend trying different menu items until you find your favorite. They also show appreciation for first responders, which is a nice touch. I would be willing to drive 5 miles just to eat here.

Eventhough this is a chain restaurant, the flavor and homemade taste don't lack. The ingredients taste fresh. You can add as many things as you want (including the guac! Yes, the guac is free! for no extra charge. Definitely one of the less expensive Mexican inspired chains out there. You can definitely get a filling meal for under $15. I was shocked to pay only $13 for a huge chicken bowl with a large beverage! And like I said the flavors DO.NOT.LACK. the chicken was charred but yet juicy. The Veggies weren't overcooked. The cilantro, lettuce, raw onions, jalapenos tasted fresh. Pickled onions added a nice flavor profile but also a nice asthetic to the bowl. And the service is amazing.

I love QDOBA. I prefer them over Chipotle. I just wish they were more accessible. They need more QDOBA's all over in the different boroughs. I always eat there and then I order another dish to take home

Im usually here once a week but the staff seems to have gotten a lost less pleasant and very condesending. I had to speak to 3 people to get a burrito cut. This place is going down the tubes. Ill go to chipotole or moes next time.
